The building, free on all four sides, is located in an extremely central position. The spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom, combine a minimal and discreet style.

The windows, a restored masterpiece dating back to 1906, were carefully preserved and adapted to provide both thermal and acoustic insulation.

The excellent location allows you to reach the train station in just two minutes on foot. The neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants, and pizzerias in the immediate vicinity. Piazza della Mostra, a new meeting point for events and the famous Christmas Markets, is only 100 meters away.

In addition to the internal offerings at Palazzo Lachman, we have agreements for breakfast and meals with the best local venues in the area.

For parking, we have an agreement with Autosilo Buonconsiglio, which is less than 100 meters from our property. Partner rates: 10 euros for overnight stay (e.g., from 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day), 15 euros for 24 hours. You can enter the Buonconsiglio parking garage directly and take a regular ticket (no Telepass lane, unless otherwise indicated). Upon arrival at the property, we will give you the discount voucher for the agreement.

We have seven spacious double rooms, all with private bathrooms.

Each of our rooms is equipped with every comfort and a private bathroom to ensure the necessary privacy for all guests. The services offered always include:

All mattresses are made of eco-friendly polyurethane foam with outstanding ergonomic and breathability characteristics. These high-quality polyurethane foams are produced with a mix of virgin materials and a minimum of 15% recycled materials. Mattress topper and double pillow (one firm and one soft) are provided.

The shaping padding guarantees a high degree of elasticity, shape retention, and comfort while respecting environmental protection by using HR products. Excellent fire resistance, exceeding the most important regulations.

Along with the 7 double rooms, there’s a shared area with a fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and countertop where you can eat your meals.

Architecture of Trento 1900-1940, Martignoni

One of the most characteristic buildings in the city, the work of Giuseppe Tomasi in 1910 (an engineer-architect from the Vienna Polytechnic). More than Art Nouveau (Liberty), as it has been previously defined, it appears to be an evolution beyond those styles (recalling, if one wishes, a certain underlying frivolity that was well-suited to a performance venue), almost anticipating the compositional elements that would become typical of Art Deco.

The attention to regular patterns, to gathered symmetrical plays, with a decoration that adapts, refined into precisely identified sectors, is far from both Art Nouveau affiliations and those eclectic returns that were enjoying renewed popularity in the city at that same time.

The house, now seemingly out of place in the middle of a junction, reflects as a whole the recurring elements of Tomasi’s architecture: the renowned material annotations, seen here in the banded combinations of stone and brick; the citations reduced to the essential, such as small columns, shells, and vertical line friezes; and the compositional prominence of the vertical axes.
